US highway 60 has Wendy’s, McDonalds, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Ruby Tuesday, Friendlys, Chilies, Applebee’s, KFC and several seafood and steak places. Contact the chain companies and ask at the others. Remember food can be purée dusted with flour to make them brown or those pretty grill marks. Always have them ask the chief. AT a gourmet local restaurant I always explain my problem and then ask what I can have. They usually ask the chief and I pick from their selections. A chain is purée made and they don’t know what is in the food. They heat and serve where a local place makes it and can leave out things.
Remember to tell everyone NO croutons and PASTA is made of wheat!!!!! Tell them at Chinese Restaurants NO soy sauce (unless it is made in Thailand or if it DOES NOT contain wheat) and NO MSG!!! Cross contamination can be a problem especially at buffets.
