Remember to to tell everyone no croutons and pasta is made of wheat!!!!! Tell them at Chinese Restaurants NO soy sauce  unless the soy sauce is wheat free in the kitchen tand NO MSG!!! Thai Restaurants usually have Gluten Free soy sauce, noodles and steamed spring roles. Ask first!!!
