Our next CSA meeting is  On    October 20,  2000

the   Third Tuesday    at Norfolk General Hospital,   
Sentara  Norfolk General park across from Heart Hospital  exit the back door

 Buzz at the door of the on the hallway across the way beside the

kings Daughter Emergency room

Then follow the signs to the CSA Meeting in the  usual meeting room  

Foods  no sweets

Bring One recipe  for the food chairman and one to be left with the dish any gluten free product name brand
